A jokester, a prankster, the funny, popular guy everyone wants to be around unless you're the one he's picking on. He's kind of a bully but has a heart of gold and wants to be the hero. He sort of lives life with a reckless abandonment that will bite him in the arse one day. Sirius is kind of ignorant, kind of acts before he thinks and is wildly immature for his age despite all things going on around him. He’ll grow out of it but he very much wants to shove it all into his parents face and say to hell with ‘em! However, Sirius resented his family's purist views and went out of his way to upset the household. Growing up, before Hogwarts, Sirius and Regulus were close but as they grew, Sirius regarded Reggie as "the better son" and their relationship would drift apart through the years with Sirius straying further and further and Regulus getting sucked into purist beliefs. Sirius took every effort to show how different he was from his family by his behaviour right down to the way he decorated his room and he only settled when he knew it would get his brother into trouble. For now, he's in conflict about his life and future. His childhood was not pleasant, often experiencing abuse from his parents for not fitting into the mould which they wanted for him to uphold the family values and beliefs. There was no room for missteps if they wished to keep their family name noble, and Walburga and Orion did. School Years || Upon entering Hogwarts, Sirius continued to bring shame upon the Noble House of Black by being sorted into Gryffindor and continuing his triad to upsetting his parents while trying to support his younger brother to follow in his footsteps. He befriended purebloods, blood traitors, half-bloods and mudbloods without a care and especially to create more strife with his parents. He simply would not conform and it seemed while all the attention was on him and his misguided nonsense, they left Reggie alone – he hoped. Sirius befriended James Potter, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew whom became the quite the quad of kids with Sirius and James leading the pack, the pranks, Peter being manipulated and Remus the voice of reason with the two wilder Gryffindors. But the group was inseparable through the years. Incredibly smart as well, Sirius succeeded in his studies without trying, and in becoming an animagus at a young age so he might go with his friend during the full moon. He’s now close to seventeen and spent the summer with the Potters after his fifth year, refusing to return home to the house of horrors. Adulthood || at least 100 words.
